Marble Challenge #2: Contemporary Dinosaur

Here's a 2" contemporary sulphide by an unknown artist. If you know who made this marble please let me know.

Update May 20, 2008: Well, I think I might have solved this marble challenge myself. I recently saw a marble made by Sam Hogue, and it had a VERY similar turtle figurine. So while I'm not positive, I'm pretty sure the answer to this challenge is Sam Hogue.
